Blog 6; GameMaker

     Hello fellow programmers! As you know, I have been on a quest to learn the secrets of the programming language, and I have found quite a few things to help me on my journey. The newest resource I am using is GameMaker, a downloadable program that can be used to create video games. I have been using GameMaker's tutorials to help me create a video game, which I will be showing of at the TSA State Conference. Me and my team will create AN ACTUAL VIDEO GAME with graphics, actions, and all out fun. The story line is that a young boy named Colton stumbles into his father's lab, where he finds a potion that creates a portal which sucks him into another dimension. Colton must go through four different levels of mazes and dimensions, while also being chased by the DP (Dimension Police). There is a big twist at the end that I will not tell, but I will try to figure out a way to put the game on my page, so that you can play it. If you have any ideas for the game, or have another website that you think I should check out, leave a comment below. I will keep posting on my progress, and I've also decided to show the game off as my 20Time project, instead of the mod. Keep programming!
